Doing an historical document analysis for the European history course I'm taking; amusingly, though, the document isn't European, but an account of the Muslim philosopher Ibn-Sina (Avicenna)'s early encounters with learning. In order to place the document in its proper historical context I now have to research the impact of ancient Greek learning on mediaeval Islamic society. Hopefully the sources I've found will be helpful....

It is interesting; exhausting, though!
