You just summed up just about every reason why I have a uniform kink - especially one for nazi uniforms. The boots, the details ... oh GOD, and the leather trench coats. So, I assure you, you're definitely not alone. I don't know if you've read my other Landa/Hellstrom-fic, La musica delle parole, but there's A LOT of uniform kink in part two. ^^ (more specifically another big kink of mine: one guy in uniform and the other one naked)

The whole fandom is obsessed with Landa, I think that's just a normal reaction. The moment he appeared for the first time I breathed out sharply and whispered, "the boots", and my friend said at exactly the same time, "the coat!" I spent almost every scene in that movie drooling at uniforms, especially Landa's. And Hellstrom's, obviously.

Christoph Waltz is stunning in everything, but the uniform really suits him. I love his eyes. And his voice. And his accent. And everything else about him.
