No idea, but I'm sure they could have come up with a better title. The French title sounds so elegant, so does the German one (Die Wohlgesinnten - and I admit this despite the fact that I hate translations ;)), and the English one just sounds very clumsy.

I agree, if you're just in it for the gay porn, you won't make it through the book. You'd need a list of all the porn scenes (but then you'd miss out on the general awesomeness of this book).
