He looks familiar somehow, so maybe I have accidently seen him in something(I don't watch much tv these days, so it'd have to be by chance).
From your screencaps he looks as if he's a really good actor..though I won't be seeing him in Sherlock Holmes as I loathe Jude Law. Sorry to rant, but he puts me off horribly!
