August does have an accent when he speaks French, his French isn't as good as Waltz's. But it's not a cliché German accent, it's actually rather sweet. And I say that as someone who usually cringes at foreign accents. The movie is called La Petite Prairie Aux Bouleaux/The Birch Tree Meadow. I don't think I watched the entire movie, it really wasn't interesting. I just skipped through it for August's scenes, tbh. And I can't remember for my life where I found the download. :/

Mhm, whom do you mean? I don't really follow the IB fandom on ff.net. From what I've seen it's mostly crap, and the good fics are mostly by the writers who also post on LJ.Please tell me people don't write Mary Sue fic about poor Dieterchen? The boy so obviously hates women. oO
