I thought of finding a fancy way of avoiding the scene, but everyone (including me) has been expecting this scene for so long. I can't just not write it. The readers would probably strangle me for that, and I would regret it later. Currently I have a draft for the complete scene. I think the ideas are okay, but it just doesn't flow at all, so I still need to work on it.
