I'm pretty much the same. I just don't care enough about plots to bother.
I think it's less that I need a fic vacation than that I have only two weeks left to write two 20-page-papers I've been trying to ignore for over a month. ;) But I'll definitely write more at some point. In my headcanon Shireen will marry Willas once Stannis' son is born (there's no way he'd hand the throne to the Tyrells, but when she's not his heir anymore ...), He needs some sort of tie to the Tyrells after he told them that they can keep Margaery. ;) But until she marries she'd definitely interact somehow with Sansa at court. It must be so weird for them, being almost the same age.
