I think she might also be wondering how long before it's appropriate to get him completely naked. Could she convince him it's part of his "duty"?
While I would like to see Stannis consider if not actually know that he is loved, I've always wondered if he was borderline Aspergers. I don't see him as angsty so much either as I think he would see it as a waste of time.
As for Shireen being married off to Willas to have ties to the Highgarden, I would like to think that would be Arya.
I actually would like to read reactions at court to a beloved Queen Sansa married to terse and intimidating King Stannis (and a blossoming Shireen).
For me this pairing is up there with its near polar opposite of Robb/Asha.
