Ha, yeah... I'm just now picturing Bond ordering Q around... and somehow it's a terrible image. I guess he'd be too much of a fan of the whole "seduction" thing than to "just" dominate a partner. He probably wouldn't even enjoy having someone surrender to him all that much.
