I think the problem is that I can see Stannis losing control enough (in an extreme situation) to grab Davos, maybe kiss him, but I think his freak-out wouldn't last long enough for them to have sex. Like, after five minutes he'd suddenly have a fit of "oh no, what are we doing?" and stop. And I still haven't thought of any could way to get past that.
