Anyway, at least The Eagle gave me more slash than my brain could handle. More slash than Linnie can handle is more than enough reason to see the film.
The Coen Bros. breakthrough film was Blood Simple, a rather striking latter-day Film Noir. They've also made Miller's Crossing, Barton Fink, O, Brother Where are Thou? and A Serious Man, among others. I've only listed the films I like in addition to Fargo and No Country for Old Men.

Yeah, Nari is still in Würzburg. Not too happy about it, but I think she's okay, whining or not. ;) I'll say hi when I talk to her tomorrow. I didn't know she was in Würzburg! I wonder if she had a chance to see the filming of the new Three Musketeers movie, with Christoph as Cardinal Richelieu? That would have been a rather diversion, I would think?
