I knew they had a thing going on, so I couldn't help but pay attention to it. But I probably would have noticed it anyway, I slash everything. ;) But just going from the text itself, I think there are as many hints at Stannis/Davos as there are at Loras/Renly. Except that Loras and Renly actually fuck, while Stannis and Davos are just as much in love but horribly repressed. ;)
