well, all this came about when sansa is talking about her first kiss to that girl in the eyrie. she seems to be remembering it all wrong and iirc, attributes it to sandor. grrm mentions that this is important. the fact that she is remembering something differently but he doesn't say why, of course. i'll go look for some stuff to explain this better since i seem to be rambling incoherently. (and can't even remember that girl's name!)
