That's the thing with writing that pairing - there's no way that it would simple rape with Asha. I'm actually writing a long-overdue fill for an LJ friend where Asha kills the Boltons and, as usual, it degraded into something more than that. Now I am motivated to revisit/finish. It would be sort of similar with Victarion - more complex.
