Asha and the Boltons sound like fun, one way or another. I think Asha and Victarion would be really awkward in the beginning (like that part in AFFC where he thinks she wants to be his queen), and they'd be somewhat embarrassed about the whole thing, but end up enjoying themselves quite a bit.
"Exhausting" is a very good word to describe Renly.
