Trick or Treat Letter

Dear Trick or Treat Creator,

Thank you for writing or drawing for me and having a look at this letter. Which is ridiculously long considering the word count for this exchange, but I am apparently unable to write short letters. I have a few general likes and dislikes listed below. It's followed by a long list of tropes and kinks I like. Then there are fandom-specific sections with some prompt ideas, but if those don't work for you, as long as you include one or two things I like and nothing from my DNW list, I'm sure I will love whatever you write or draw for me.

I never really know what to do with the whole "trick" and "treat" categories for this exchange. I've requested both for all fandoms and I didn't separate my prompts into trick and treat prompts. I enjoy darker fics and I enjoy more light-hearted things, so just go where your idea takes you. I'm generally a big fan of shippy fic and art and many of my prompts go in that direction, but obviously I'm aware that this exchange doesn't match on ships, so don't worry if you don't want to include any of my ships. I'd just ask that you don't break up my ships and pair them up with other characters - I'd rather get gen than fic/art about ships I don't like.

The fandoms are listed alphabetically.

Things I like to read about:

• first time/getting together: slow burn, pining, UST finally getting resolved, but also antagonistic hate sex or casual hookups that are only later followed by feelings
• developing relationships: relationship conflicts after the characters got together, trying to figure out how to make things work, some things maybe not working at first, temporary breakups, basically anything that doesn't assume that first time sex -> perfect relationship
• porn, especially porn with feelings/porn that says something about their relationship (see list below for kinks I like)
• enemies to lovers, partners to lovers
• reluctant allies grudgingly starting to like each other
• non-verbal expressions of affection
• familiarity, intimacy, characters getting to know each other better (their habits, their hangups etc.)
• pre-canon/background stories, first meetings/first impressions (especially if we didn't see those in canon)
• post-canon fic
• canon divergence
• casefic
• moral dilemmas, characters having to question/go against their principles
• loyalty, devotion, trust, but also trust/commitment issues

• character death of characters I like (random side characters or antagonists dying is fine)
• serious illnesses, permanent injuries (blood and wounds that will heal again are fine)
• completely tragic/bleak endings
• animal death/cruelty
• genderbend of any kind, mpreg, A/B/O, characters being werewolves/vampires/anything than what they are in canon
• unrequested ships (including canon ships)
• unrequested crossovers or fusions
• complete AUs (canon divergence is fine, but please no high school AUs, coffee shop AUs, in space AUs, groundhog day AUs etc.)
• permanently unrequited love or permanent breakups for my ships (I'd rather read gen than "A loves B but B doesn't love A back")
• unnecessary epithets, please use characters' names/pronouns unless their name isn't known to the POV character
• 1st and 2nd person fic (unless the canon itself is in 1st person, then it's fine)

Blitz (2011)
Tom Brant, Porter Nash | Fic

One of the many many movies I've seen because of my very predictable thing for Jason Statham, but Blitz is a really good movie that I enjoyed in a lot of ways. The best thing about it to me (other than Aiden Gillen being hilariously creepy) is the relationship between Nash and Brant, the banter and dickishness on the one side, but there's also a lot of respect and trust on the other side, and it's there pretty much from the start (I love how Brant just shows up at Nash's door to tell him about all his problems basically a day after they met). I'd love to see anything that explores how their relationship develops further after the movie or something exploring what was going on between them during the movie. And I ship them, in case that wasn't clear. ;) I'd be surprised if anyone offered to write only one of them and didn't want to write the other, but if that happens, I think it should be possible to adapt some of my prompts to suit that, especially the ones that focus more on their background and their past.

A few fic ideas:

• casefic would be cool, especially if they again use rather unconventional methods to solve the case
• Brant is an asshole and it entertains me to no end, so if you want to write fic about Brant being an asshole to everyone (and Nash being both exasperated and reluctantly amused by it), that'd be great (especially if somewhere in between there are moments of him very much not being an asshole to Nash)
• more instances of Brant showing up at Nash's house in the middle of the night to talk to him, generally any exploration of both their issues and how they cope with them and how they maybe help each other cope
• first time fic! during the movie (maybe even during that first night that Brant shows up at Nash's place, or later during the movie) or after the movie, and how does that go? Do they grow closer and are repressed about their feelings for ages before Brant finally gets over himself? Do they hook up one night and then not talk about it for ages? Do they keep hooking up and not talking about it until Nash insists they talk about it? Does Brant get a jealousy fit next time Nash dates another guy?
• I have a thing for Nash topping from the bottom (bonus for humiliating dirty talk about how Brant is a brute and not good for much except for fucking him, and Brant getting off on all the things Nash says to him). You absolutely don't have to write them that way, but if you like writing that sort of thing, I'm so here for it.
• I'm always a sucker for background fic exploring how characters became the people they are in canon, who their families are, if they're still in touch with their families, any past relationships - and for other characters finding out about their partner's past.

And I said I didn't like crossovers, but hey, I can't request two canons about London coppers and not think about it, so if you want to give me the hilarity of Tom Brant having a fit because MAGIC EXISTS and thinking he's finally losing his mind, Brant meeting Nightingale and Peter (and finding Nightingale obnoxious, while Peter would probably find Brant obnoxious), Nash trying to get his partner to behave like a civilised person around the gentlemen who can apparently do magic, Brant being buddies with or absolutely hating Seawoll ... then I certainly won't complain. :D


Coldfire Trilogy
Damien Vryce, Gerald Tarrant | Fic

I am fascinated by how incredibly intense their relationship becomes in canon: Damien's fascination with Tarrant, with how "seductive" he is, how both their moral compasses get realigned by working with each other, their canonical soulbond, how protective they both become of each other, how much they both compromise their principles for each other.  I don't care if the fic is set during the books or after the canon events. I do not like the ending of the trilogy, though, so if you write something set post-canon, I'd prefer an AU in which Tarrant survives as himself (either as a normal, mortal human or as the Hunter, but definitely still with his old looks and name and personality).

This fandom offers a great many possibilities for spooky, creepy dark magic (since this is a Halloween exchange ;)), so if you want to do something with that, go wild!

A few fic ideas:

• any fic that explores the darker magical possibilities of this canon: Tarrant's undead nature, various blood magic rituals, the way Tarrant feeds off fear (but could theoretically feed off other things as well), the two of them facing other kinds of magic together etc.
• post-canon fic: whether it's Tarrant surviving as a human and Damien helping him adjust to being mortal again, or Tarrant surviving as the Hunter (or some other kind of undead, immortal being) and Damien having to deal with the dilemma of having sworn to kill the Hunter after everything is over
• generally anything dealing with the moral dilemmas both of them face in (or after) canon
• worldbuilding about the dark fae, or Terrant's immortality, or how exactly he could stay alive post-canon, how he could maybe extend Damien's lifespan too and how Damien would feel about that ...
• anything shippy would be great: getting together, first time fic, knifeplay, bloodplay, dark sex magic rituals ...

Dragon Age
Duncan | Fic, Art

My newest obsession! I've only played Origins so far, but I don't mind spoilers for other elements of canon - I'd just prefer getting a gift that doesn't require knowledge of those other parts of canon to make sense. I'm requesting Duncan because he is so much I love in a character: principled but ruthless, tough and badass and willing to do just about anything for what he believes is right, and secretly he has a big paternal soft spot for his recruits. And he's hot as fuck, so there's that, too. I never said I wasn't shallow.

Like all awesome dead mentors I love, he died way too early in canon for my taste, so if you want to bring him back in some way, I would love that! I also ship Duncan/Alistair really hard. Or Duncan/Alistair/Warden, if that's more your thing (though I very strongly prefer a male Warden, if the Warden appears in your fic at all).

A few fic ideas:

• anything about Duncan kicking ass pre-canon: whether it's scheming and manipulating during his recruitment travels, or fighting darkspawn, or fighting anything else, or just generally being his tough and grizzled self. Feel free to include Riordan or any other Wardens in this, too! It'd also be nice to see Duncan have fun - what does he do to relax?
• I'd also love to see Duncan and Cailan (and Loghain?) interact. Or Duncan and Maric, when he was still alive.Cailan especially seems to have quite the case of hero worship about the Wardens in general and Duncan specifically. Duncan generally seems to have connections and friends everywhere, so feel free to have him interact with more or less anyone you like.
• any kind of fix-it "Duncan isn't dead" fic! Can be both happy and he just survived heavily injured and shows up on King Alistair's doorstep later, but I'd also go for creepy magic and "came back a little wrong". I would prefer him still being himself (rather than just being possessed by a demon) and I'd rather not have the fic end with him just dying anyway. But other than that, go wild. Maybe he's a little bit changed by his resurrection (angrier, tougher, more ruthless?). Maybe he's some kind of ghost who still has unfinished business? Maybe he doesn't know how he came back and wants to find out?
• Duncan saving Alistair from a sad life as a Templar: I always love first impressions and first conversations, I love sparring matches, I love Alistair's hero worship and Duncan being ridiculously fond of him. Alistair talks so openly about how much Duncan cared for him, so I'd love to see all the ways in which Duncan showed him that he cared. (I am not into the reveal from some extra canon material about Alistair's mother being super special too and not just a maid, so I'd rather not have that included.)
• if you want to go shippy with this, I would be delighted: awkward first times, Alistair being ridiculously eager to please, Duncan feeling a little bit maybe but not too bad because Alistair is clearly into this; some gentle D/s and spanking and maybe daddy kink would be awesome, too. Also huddling for warmth and sex-to-deal-with-nightmares - whether they're Alistair's or Duncan's nightmares.

For art:

Duncan is gorgeous, so really any pictureof his hair and beard and armour would be amazing! I generally love armour/clothing detail. I'd also love to see art of any of my fic prompts above: Duncan fighting darkspawn, bandaging his wounds afterwards in camp, talking to Cailan or whoever you like, ghost!Duncan or Duncan looking a bit off post-resurrection, Duncan and Alistair sparring or talking to each other, Duncan giving Alistair a present (or the other way around), shippy Duncan/Alistair art (whether it's kissing or holding each other or actual porn) ...

I generally prefer a more realistic art style (doesn't have to be hyperrealistic, but I don't like chibis or the like), and I like darker colours or strong bright colours (not a fan of pastels). Black and white art is gorgeous, too. I don't know anything about art, so I'm afraid this is not very helpful.


Fast and the Furious
Deckard Shaw, Owen Shaw | Fanfic

I've received so many wonderful fics about these two in the past, but every fic just makes me want more fic about them. I love ruthless villains who don't care about anything but each other. I love complicated, intense sibling relationships. I love the fact that they have an eight year age difference between them, which probably complicated their relationship at times. They don't seem to work together all the time, since Owen is more a manipulative, scheming team player and Deckard a One Man Army, but at the same time there's something obsessive and codependent about their relationship.

I'll be honest and admit that I mostly want shipfic about them (I'm not sure if anyone but me and the few other people who ship them even wants to write/read about them?), so my prompts will have a bit of a shippy tilt. But I would also be interested in a non-incestuous exploration of their relationship and how it changed over time or generally any character study about one or both of them, if you only offered to write about one of them but not the other. Owen's manipulative, sociopathic streak and how he likes to play the people around him (possibly including his brother); Deckard who's kinda more straightforward and pragmatic and who is so used to cleaning up his little brother's messes when necessary. I'm okay with their relationship being complicated and tumultuous at times, but I do want them to love each other deep down.

I'm not a fan of the complete personality replacement they both got in F&F8, so please none of that. I like them ruthless and horrible, I'm not into a version of them where they're ~not so bad~.

A few fic ideas:

• Deckard is 8 years older than Owen, so Owen was still a kid when Deckard joined the military: how did that go? Was there any resentment on Owen's side? Did he just have a big case of hero worship, since he followed his brother's example as soon as he could?
• at what point did they go from big brother/little brother to equals?
• how did they both manage to get kicked out of the SAS? Did they fuck up? Did one of them fuck up and the other followed him into exile, so to speak? Did they get blamed for someone else's mistake? Did they get greedy and start making money on the side? Or anything about that time the military sent a ton of Special Forces guys to kill Deckard and they failed?
• post-canon fic: either Deckard breaking out of prison and being there while Owen recovers, or Owen waking up from his coma and getting back to his feet and breaking his brother out of prison (I'd prefer if Owen wasn't permanently crippled or anything like that; it's an action movie, people can survive horrific injuries with not much more than a few scars, right?). Roaring rampage of revenge y/y? How does almost dying/getting locked up change their relationship?
• if you go the shippy route, any kind of first time fic would be great. When did the incestuous obsession with each other start? When they were still pretty young? Did bb!Owen somehow manipulate his big brother into giving him what he wants? Or did it only start when they were in the military together and Deckard saw Owen more as an equal than as his little brother? Did it only start after they got kicked out of the military?
• also for shipfic: for this pairing I love obsessive pining, jealousy, voyeurism before they get together, possessiveness, rough sex, gun/knife play, delighting in each other's badassery and horribleness, kinking on being brothers - basically go kinky if you like.

The Hateful Eight
Chris Mannix, Marquis Warren | Fic

I love the dialogues in this movie and could just read endless fics about these two bantering with each other. I also love so much of what the movie chooses to do with the historical setting - all the old wounds and unsolved conflicts, all the anger and resentment and horrible experiences so many of the characters went through. I love what a scheming, brilliant bastard Warren is. I love how layered Mannix is: a horrible racist asshole, but almost immediately fond of Warren and so eager to obey him, and I love how he's much, much smarter than he seems at first. Their complicated relationship that starts out antagonistic before they turn into a ridiculously good team is amazing and I could read about it endlessly.

A few fic ideas:

• post-canon fic in which they somehow survive - I think most of my prompts go in that direction (please let's pretend Warren only got shot in the upper thigh and everything is still intact? or, idk, he got one ball shot off, but the rest is still there)
• maybe Mannix was less injured and manages to patch Warren up, and they weather the storm together until someone finds them? Warren dealing with the fact that Chris Mannix of all people saved his life, twice.
• Sheriff Mannix and bounty hunter Warren having a drink every time Warren brings in a bounty and slowly developing the oddest friendship
• the two of them working together as bounty hunters (with lots of competence kink and being turned on by the other one being so damn good at killing people, while also being disgusted when remembering where the other one learnt to kill so well)
• antagonistic friendship where they get along great at times and want to strangle each other at others
• protectiveness, loyalty kink, especially if they're surprised by how much they've grown to care about each other
• if you only want to write about one of them - anything about Warren's or Mannix's past: where Warren grew up, how he escaped (I'm assuming that's what's happened), his time in the Union army and afterwards; Mannix's family, his childhood as the runt of the litter, how obsessed he is with his father (daddy issues!), his war experiences, the Mannix Marauders ... Feel free to have them meet old friends or old enemies in your fic.
• them being amoral bad guys who are both awful in their own way - they're not nice or good people and I like that
• hate sex; or huddling for warmth leading to sex; or post-battle sex in the blood of their enemies/bounties ...
• for porn: I usually don't have fixed top/bottom preferences, but in this particular case, I doubt Warren would be okay with not being completely in charge of anything that happens between them. And Mannix seems to be pretty okay with letting Warren call the shots.
• kinks: uniform kink, scars, D/s, Warren ordering Mannix around and getting off on the way Mannix calls him "sir", humiliation kink, daddy issues (Warren teasing Mannix in bed with how disappointed his father would be in him if he could see him right now), size kink, restraints, a bit of spanking/flogging, discipline/punishment, gun play, knife play, boot kink, rape roleplay (Mannix can't admit what he wants, but he's fine with letting Warren take it as long as Mannix can pretend he doesn't want it), dirty talk, praise kink (because Mannix can be such a good boy) ...
• dubcon with Warren manipulating Mannix into doing things he's not 100% okay with, although I'd prefer if Mannix ended up enjoying it, even if he feels very ashamed about it
• shame, internalised homophobia, guilt: I doubt Mannix is happy with being attracted to men, I don't know if Warren is; either way they're both probably very unhappy with being attracted to this particular man

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword
Vortigern | Fic, Art

I loved pretty much everything about this movie, from the amazing soundtrack to the awesome costumes to the hilarious dialogues to the really all around cool characters. But what really made the movie for me was Jude Law's completely over-the-top, wonderfully ruthless but completely tormented, power-hungry Vortigern.

I'm requesting Vortigern and would absolutely be up for gen about him, but I also ship him with just about anyone: Vortigern/Uther, Vortigern/Arthur, Vortigern/Catia, Vortigern/Earl of Mercia ...

Some of my prompts for this fandom stray much darker than for most of my other ships and are mostly dubcon or noncon, so feel free to ignore my usual likes about wanting my ships to be happy together. I'm also perfectly okay with Uther's canonical death, although I'd still rather not read about either Vortigern or Arthur dying (and I'd rather not get a fic that's ONLY about Uther's death either). I do however love Vortigern coming out on top, so please don't write me an AU in which Uther defeats him or something like that.

What I'd like to see in fic:

• I love fic from Vortigern's POV because his self-delusion and all his justifications for why he does what he does are fascinating
• I'd love to know more about Vortigern and the Earl of Mercia's relationship, whether shippy or not: there's a LOT of loyalty there, and I'd love to see some exploration of where that came from
• this fandom is made for creepy magic rituals, creepy fantasy creatures, deals with the devil siren, blood magic ... do what you want with that! magical rituals involving sex are cool, too, if you want to write that
• Vortigern/Uther: I'd love for Vortigern to have had an obsessive thing for Uther since they were young - whether it used to be all love that only slowly turned into jealousy and resentment or whether there was resentment from the start
• unrequited Vortigern/Uther would be interesting, but I'd also love to read about them having had a sexual relationship when they were younger and Uther eventually calling it off (maybe when he got married) and Vortigern being furious about it
• Vortigern and Uther do seem to disagree on more than a few things, so - hate sex, arguments leading to angry fucking on map tables, whether it's Vortigern taking his frustration out on Uther and Uther letting him (or not letting him), or Uther reaffirming his authority by making his unruly younger brother bend over or get to his knees ...
• canon divergence AU in which Vortigern captures Uther alive and *handwave* keeps him for some magic rituals to bind the sword to him: basically he keeps Uther locked up in a dungeon or in a nice, comfortable, but inescapable room ... to use him for weird blood magic, to flog orwhip him, to fuck him, to rant at him how much this is all Uther's fault for not loving him enough ...
• Vortigern/Arthur: a verse in which Vortigern captures young Arthur, basically raises him as his own son, teaches him to love him as much as Uther never did, and grooms him while he's at it (underage down to about fifteen is fine and even very welcome)
• generally Arthur as a replacement for Uther would be really hot, if you felt like including that ship, too - things like Vortigern loving any similarities in looks between them, or loving it when Arthur reminds him of Uther ...
• Vortigern/Catia: she's the only person he has left in the world and he's clearly incredibly protective of her. Maybe he doesn't want her to marry because then she'd be gone, too? Maybe he convinces himself that he'd be better for her than any other man? I'd love to see him getting increasingly inappropriate with her while still coming up with all kinds of deluded justifications for what he's doing. Dubcon preferred over outright noncon

For art:

The costume design in this movie is stunning and I'd love to see any picture of Vortigern in one of his amazing outfits (or in a new amazing outfit). Sprawling on the throne, making people kneel for him, doing magic ... Art of any of my ships would be amazing too: hate sex with Uther, sex magic rituals with Uther or Arthur, inappropriate kisses with Catia, Vortigern visiting the brothel Arthur works in and having his fun with him ...

I generally prefer a more realistic art style (doesn't have to be hyperrealistic, but I don't like chibis or the like), and I like darker colours or strong bright colours (not a fan of pastels). The Raven Cycle
Ronan Lynch, Declan Lynch, Niall Lynch | Fic

I requested these three, but I also adore Gansey and Adam (and I really like Kavinsky), so feel free to include them as well. I am incredibly interested in the Lynch family dynamics, in Niall's parenting and his interactions with his sons, in Ronan and Declan's relationship before their father died and right after, in any possible reconciliation between them later. I find Ronan's dream magic fascinating and I love the Barns. I love both shipfic and genfic that explores these characters and their relationships, and/or anything that explores the magic of this canon. This fandom needs more creepy magic fic of all kinds. :D Feel free to focus on just one of them or all of them or one of them interacting with any of the other characters I like.

Niall is my one exception to the "please no major character death" rule. His death is so essential to who Ronan and Declan are that I don't mind fics exploring the consequences of his death on their lives.

I haven't read the last book yet. I don't mind spoilers, but I'd rather not receive a fic that requires detailed knowledge of the last book to make sense.

I ship: Ronan/Gansey, Declan/Adam (those two are my endgame OTPs), Ronan/Declan, Ronan/Niall, Declan/Niall. I could also easily be sold on Niall/Declan/Ronan, Niall/Ronan/Gansey, Gansey/Ronan/Declan, Niall/Gansey, if you want to write any of those ships, and I love Ronan/Kavinsky as the unhealthy mess it is in canon, but I'm not interested in fluffy happy versions of that ship.
I don't ship Ronan/Adam and Blue/Gansey, so I would ask you not to include those ships in any way in my gift.

A few fic ideas:

• creepy dream magic, Ronan's nightmares, Ronan's dreamworld, Niall's nightmares and his dreamworld, shared dreams between father and son, Ronan dreaming of Niall, Niall dreaming of Ronan, weird dream sex ... Declan's non-magical dreams (does he have any connection at all to the magical kind?)
• what's up with the devil Ronan saw Niall shoot? I'd generally be interested in anything that explores how religious Ronan is (and I'm assuming Niall was just as religious) and how this affects and is affected by his dream abilities.
• any Lynch family fic before Niall died, anything about Niall's past and who he is and what was going on in his head and what he was doing every time he left home for weeks, anything about his relationships with his sons
• all the Lynchcest fic possible, with or without additional Gansey (I'd only ask that everything is consensual for these ships, though underage is fine)
• creepy dream or car shenanigans with Ronan and Kavinsky (can be Ronan/Kavinsky UST or dubcon/noncon or hatesex)
• Gansey at the Barns, Gansey meeting Niall and Declan, Gansey's wonder and awe at the place (Niall seducing Gansey? Niall seducing Gansey for Ronan?)
• Ronan and Declan's relationship before their father died and right after, how they became so estranged and angry at each other, any possible reconciliation at some point?
• Ronan dreaming Gansey back to life after he dies and whether that goes horribly wrong (though I'd prefer a happy ending, eventually)
• something about Declan and his complicated relationship to his father's and brother's magic (if you write me something about Declan/Adam and Adam taking Declan to Cabeswater, I will die a little from happiness)
• I am always here for D/s for Ronan/Gansey, or generally any exploration of their power dynamics, of the way they both rely on and need each other
• I always found it hard to believe that Ronan (and Declan) would just let it go that the Grey Man murdered their father, so I'd love to see some darker revenge fic about them, especially if you have Ronan and Declan team up for it (or if Declan kills the Grey Man so Ronan won't have to or something like that); basically the Lynch bros doing some murder bonding ;)

Thomas Nightingale | Fic

I love both Nightingale and Peter so much, but I only requested Nightingale because I didn't really want solo fic about Peter, while I'd totally read solo fic about Nightingale. Anyway, I love them both so much, the different aspects of their relationship, how they both help each other in so many ways and rely on each other. I do ship Nightingale/Peter, whether it's as UST or first time or established relationship. If you don't ship them, I'll also glady take any gen exploration of their relationship, of their everyday life together, or anything focusing on how they've changed each other's lives and what they mean to each other. If you absolutely do not want to write about one of them, I'd also be interested in anything from Nightingale's past - whether it's pre-war or more recent. I also have a soft spot for Dr Walid, Stephanopoulos and Seawoll, so if you want them to appear as well, that's cool.

I firmly headcanon Nightingale as gay, so please nothing about Nightingale being attracted to women because that just wouldn't work for me (though I don't really ship Nightingale/Mellenby either, sorry, tiny fandom). I also don't ship Peter/Beverly and am generally not a huge fan of the Rivers, so I'd rather they didn't appear.

I'm currently reading The Furthest Station, so you can include spoilers for that. I haven't read the comics and am not really interested in them - I don't mind spoilers, but I wouldn't want to get a fic that's entirely comic-based.

A few fic ideas:

• Nightingale's Indiana Jones adventures before the war - I can't believe there isn't (more?) fic about that because I need all of it :D
• I'd generally love to read fic about the pre-war Folly and Nightingale's friends there
• Nightingale and Seawoll's relationship is so interesting to me: what happened to make Seawoll hate Nightingale so much? A case gone wrong? Someone died for magic-related reasons and Seawoll blames Nightingale? Something more personal than that? I'd totally read Seawoll/Nightingale if that's where your fic takes you.
• anything with Nightingale - with Peter or before Peter was around - working a creepy case, any combination of magic and technology, sneaking through the fog, rainy dark corners of London
• Peter getting hurt/scared and Nightigale protecting (and comforting?) him, generally protective!Nightingale is my favourite thing, Peter being awkwardly turned on by protective!Nightingale makes it even better
• expeditions to creepy places, odd corners of the Folly, mysterious books, strange stories from Nightingale's past (told to Peter by the fireplace) ...
• fluffy domesticity (whether slashy or not), getting familiar with and used to each other's habits and quirks, witty banter over breakfast, going out for dinner together, sitting together by the fireplace, easing each other's loneliness, sex to warm up after getting soaked through in the rain ...
• magic lessons, Latin lessons, Peter being enthusiastic about things and Nightingale being patient and fondly exasperated with him (or even cuter: Nightingale getting super enthusiastic about something)
• I'll never stop prompting the AU in which Peter was born in the early 20th century and becamse Nightingale's apprentice in the 20s/30s, so if you felt like doing something with that, I'd be a very happy recipient

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Male Revan | Fic

I love this game so much! I strongly prefer Dark Side Revan, although I'm also fine with a more morally grey version of Revan if that's what you want to write, who's not really interested in this whole binary opposition of good and evil, but just does his own thing. Actually even with Dark Side Revan I prefer Pragmatic Evil and ruthless, power-hungry ambition to Ludicrous Evil and "bwahahaha I kick puppies in my free time for the Evulz". Mostly I'm just not interested in redeemed, saintly Light Side Revan.

I'm only requesting Revan himself because male Revan seems a bit of a rare preference in the fandom and I thought neither I nor my writer would be all that happy if they matched on another character and would much rather write about female Revan. That being said, I love most of the other characters in KotOR and would love to see them appear, except for Bastila, who I'm not a fan of. I especially love Canderous and HK-47, and Revan/Canderous is the ship of my heart in this fandom.

A few fic ideas:

• DS!Revan ruling the galaxy post-canon, preferably with Canderous as his general. I have such a soft spot for Star Wars politics.
• hilarious banter between Revan and HK-47, especially if the context is actually really dark (like Revan sending HK-47 to kill someone for him)
• Canderous canonically just about worships the ground Revan walks on, so I'd love to see anything that expands on that loyalty - kneeling and hand-kissing and "loyal dog" rhetoric, including things liks Revan calling Canderous his dog in bed, if you go shippy
• violent post-battle sex: Canderous loves a good fight and he considers Revan the greatest warrior who ever lived, so I bet they get up to a lot of blood-soaked fun after fights
• I'd also like to see disagreements between them, whether it's because you write a less unequivocally cruel and power-hungry Revan or simply because Revan and Canderous sometimes disagree on how to rule the galaxy or how to treat defeated enemies or whatever; I'd love to see both Revan respecting Canderous' opinion, and putting his foot down and reminding Canderous of his place when he's done arguing
• inappropriate uses of the Force: Force-choking, Force-bondage, rough pain play combined with Force-healing, inappropriate uses of telepathy - making Canderous hallucinate, making him feel Revan's presence in his mind, Revan controlling his body while letting Canderous be aware of what he's doing (I'm fine with dubcon, although I'd prefer if the relationship in itself was consensual/if Canderous basically considered it Revan's right to do whatever he likes with him) ... did I mention Force-choking? ;D
• mind bonds are generally a lot of fun to play around with: Revan staying in touch that way when they're apart, invading Canderous' dreams, commenting on Canderous' actions or thoughts, whispering into his brain when Canderous is jerking off or fucking someone else
• I'd prefer if Revan, no matter how DS, was at least somewhat emotionally attached to Canderous and didn't only consider him a useful tool, even if that might be his main motivation for keeping him around; I also love the whole villains in love trope, Revan loving Canderous with all that mad, possessive Dark Side passion ...
