Now I want an icon of Ball laughing insanely about Godric's death scene. You're right, though, emotional blackmail is a very Eric thing to do. He would never let Godric go, no matter what he has to do to make him stay.
I'm extremely relieved to hear that. I find Godric much more difficult to write than Eric, and I wasn't sure if his POV made much sense. I'm glad it did. :D
