You're probably sick of it already, but I keep finding hot pictures of Mark, and I would feel so guilty if I didn't share. In this picspam you will find:
- random pictures (different movies, premieres ...)
- screenshots from The Young Victoria
- and most importantly, screenshots from Sharpe's Mission (including a few cameos by Sean Bean)

This picspam is very relevant to the interests of certain people on my f-list who have a kink for uniforms, boots, and whips ... So even if you don't really care about Mark, you might want to have a look at the pictures from Sharpe's Mission.

It's Mark. And he's smiling. There must be a mistake in the Matrix.

The frown is back. I'm reassured.

That man has more style and taste than most of Hollywood together. The grey suit was already amazing, but he looks even better in black. That jacket is just perfect.

Speaking of style ... I'm sure nobody has noticed because you were all drooling at Robert and/or Rachel - but Mark's red belt buckle is just about the most awesome accessoire EVER!!! Because, seriously? All in black with that buckle? If I were a man, he'd be my fashion role model, I think. ^^ I'd kill to be in Rachel's place just for a few moments there ...

Then again, he looks stunning in EVERYTHING.

Stubble. Eyes. Almost-smile. And I also just noticed that I find his throat sexy. Great. oO

Now I'm thinking even more that Mark looks like Christopher Lee on some pictures ... The entire quote, btw:
"There's a touch of Dracula about him," Strong told Total Film. "He needed to have an element of showmanship about him by virtue of the fact that he's trying to persuade everyone around him that he's so in league with the Devil that he's able to conquer death. I just wanted to make him an equal adversary of Sherlock Holmes."

Which reminds me, I also found more Blackwood pictures, not sure if you guys already know them:

I love his completely emotionless expression. As if he weren't just killing his own father. I love this picture.

Screenshots from The Young Victoria:

Before anyone asks, he only has a small role in the movie. He's amazing, as always, but the rest of the movie is just your average annoying romance. If that's your kind of thing, you'll probably like the movie. If not, it will bore you to death and you will just have to skip from one Mark scene to the next one. He plays Sir John Conroy ... and he's just so good at playing violent characters.

Slapping people around, you're doing it right. In that scene he slapped Princess Victoria (left) through half the room. I tried to cap that, but it's such a dynamic scene, the caps just look weird. But this one is so ... pwnage. ;)

Gratuitous hand shot, and a cameo by Emily Blunt. Looking appropriately terrified.

It says a lot about Mark that he doesn't look absolutely awful with that beard. *shudder*

it's Mark Strong with a puppy. All your arguments are invalid.

From Sharpe's Mission:

For those of you who have never seen Sharpe ... it's a British series of TV movies about Richard Sharpe, an English soldier during the Napoleonic wars, played by Sean Bean - reason enough to watch it. Mark appears in only one episode, called Sharpe's Mission, as Colonel Brand.

Colonel Brand disapproves of everyone's bullshit. ;)

And he's not afraid of telling them.

Best smile ever. You can SEE that he's thinking, "LOL, you're stupid!"

Those legs! Those boots! No wonder they're all staring at him.

Not gay. Not really. ;)

Btw, meet Major Sharpe. Not the best picture of him, but I didn't want to risk getting started on spamming you with Sean Bean pictures as well. ;) Anyway, Major Sharpe fanboys Colonel Brand. Like woaz.

However, the fanboying doesn't last, and the initial admiration-slashiness is followed by potential of hate!sex:

(Sharpe just yanked Brand out of bed in the middle of the night. Yeah.)

But messing with Colonel Brand is a bad idea, because he has a whip:

I'm not coherent enough for a comment. GUH!

What's up with the bedroom eyes? He's looking at Sharpe, btw.

And finally ...

I don't even know what to say to this. LOL?

Thanks for your time. Sorry for the huge picspam, but I didn't want to withhold any of Mark's hotness from you. ;D

Oh squeee Sharpe! Haven't seen that for such a long time... much too long I realize now!
And the whip! The sight makes me shiver... he's so cool with that smirk. I can't really remember him from the series, but then I was just too young to appreciate him properly at the time :)

I watched all of Sharpe over a year ago, and then I rewatched a couple of episodes a while ago, but not this one. I probably wouldn't have noticed Mark anyway ... and then I read that he was in this episode and rewatched it.
RGNJYLCÖIGLSEGHDF:YMNFVBLDGBHCVDK THAT GODDAMN WHIP!!!! This deserves an NC-17 rating because SERIOUSLY HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSED TO STAY CALM SEEING THAT??? Sorry for the capslock. ;)

Also vielleicht 18h30 an der U-Bahn? Ich muss dann aber noch schnell die Karten abholen im Kino.
