I hope somebody on my f-list is incredibly smart and knows this sort of thing ... Is there any way to authorise anonymous comments on certain posts, but not on the entire journal, or community in this case? I haven't found a way to do this, but maybe I'm just dumb.

Yes, somehow I never saw Oz before. I live under a rock. But Oz is fantastic, yeah. So is Justified, btw, I don't know if you know that show. It's some of the best stuff I've recently seen on TV.
ASOIAF = A Song of Ice and Fire, the book series that Game of Thrones is based on.

I've heard Justified is amazing, I need to see it. I also need to get into Game of Thrones. I haven't read the ASOIAF books, but I've heard that the TV series is very well-written and acted.

I'm rather surprised that I didn't get into The Borgias. Did you see it? From the very first episode I had the feeling they were just trying to do a Renaissance version of The Sopranos, a series I really hated. Did you see The Borgias?

Justified is great, you should definitely watch it.
Game of Thrones is great to watch even without having read the books, but of course the books are way more complex and there's just a lot they just couldn't put in the show.

I love The Borgias, but more as ridiculous fun like The Tudors, rather than anything else. The actors are just so good that they can't really do anything wrong.

I think a lot of people were surprised by Justified. They didn't think it would be as good as it is. Game of Thrones has won a lot of critical acclaim and as fair as I can tell it's a huge hit internationally.

I'll have to give The Borgias another try. I do so love that period. If anything of it is shot on location in beautiful Florence, I'll be in there just for that. And Jeremy Irons, who can definitely do no wrong in my opinion.
