Dear Smut Swap writer,

Thank you for writing for me and for taking a look at this letter. My letters always get very long, but I prefer listing a lot of stuff I like and giving you plenty of things to choose from rather than just listing two things I like and making you despair if you hate those two things. Obviously I don't expect you to include every single thing I've listed in this letter.

As a general rule, I'm more than okay with a longer build up to the porn or plot or feelings to go with my porn, if you want to write that sort of thing. Of course I don't expect you to write plot or long build ups, considering the nature of this exchange, and I won't be one bit disappointed if there's only porn. :D

I've listed some general likes and dislikes, and then some more specific stuff for the pairings/kinks I requested. Some of the kinks I requested have an additional little explanation/prompt if I thought it was necessary, but most of them are just listed alphabetically or sometimes grouped together if they're similar. That doesn't mean I like the kinks I expanded on better, just that I thought they might need clarification. I'd be happy to receive a fic about any of the pairings and kinks I've requested. If you want to combine my requested kinks in any way, that's of course great, too. I've also listed a bunch of kinks I generally love at the beginning of my letter - feel free to include any of those for any of my requested pairings.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey
Alexios/Brasidas

I mostly have protagonist!Alexios in mind for this (I see the appeal of Deimos!Alexios, but there's so little fic for this ship that I need to satisfy my protagonist!Alexios needs first ;)). I love his sense of humour, I love how cheerful and arrogant he is at times, I love that he likes to help people but will still tell them they're ridiculous dicks afterwards. I played him as fairly pro-Sparta and genuinely wanting to return home, which I think goes rather well with this ship anyway. I love his banter and his immediate connection with Brasidas (that warehouse fight! *heart eyes*), I love how much they just get each other and trust each other - even though Alexios really has reason enough to mistrust just about anyone he runs into. And since it's absolutely tragic the game didn't let us romance Brasidas, that's clearly what fic is for. :D As for Brasidas, I love how smart and cunning he is, how he thinks outside the box while still being a ruthless fighter when the situation calls for it, and how much he genuinely and openly cares about people who are important to him.

I'm up for setting this at any point during the game - around their first meetings in Korinth, when Alexios is in Sparta, or when they're working together later on - or post-game in a verse in which Brasidas didn't die. Because I'm in denial about that and damn historical accuracy. ;) Maybe Alexios manages to save his life at Amphipolis and Brasidas is simply injured. I'm up for first time fic or established relationship, and I'm totally here for any kind of friends-with-benefits slowly turning to lovers scenario. I love them switching a lot, but if I had to pick one, I have a mild preference for Brasidas topping (especially if Alexios is used to being in charge with other partners). In general I'm very much here for all kinds of post-fighting/sparring sex, lots of kinking on each other's strength and skill, manhandling each other (wall sex and the like), getting turned on during battles ...

I'm not super into the whole Isu/artefacts aspect of the game, tbh, so if you want to set this in an AU where the whole Greek mythology is simply real and the gods like meddling and that's why there's lots of weird magic and creatures and items around, I'm totally on board with that (if you go with something like the accidental soul bond or the lust spells, for example).

While I usually DNW unrequested ships, I'm fine with mentions of 1) Alexios's male canon hookups, 2) Brasidas being married (or widowed) because it's just unlikely that he wouldn't be, although I'd see that more as a practical arrangement than a marriage of love, 3) any erastes/eromenos-style relationships Brasidas might have been in, whether it's him currently having someone under his wing or still being good friends with the guy who, er, "mentored" him years ago. However, I wouldn't want any of those relationships to be more meaningful to them than each other, if that makes sense.

Adam Jensen/Jim Miller, Adam Jensen/Jim Miller/Francis Pritchard

Note: I've played Human Revolution and Mankind Divided and I've read Black Light. I don't mind spoilers for any of the other games or comics or whatever else there is, but I'd prefer not to get a fic that requires me to be familiar with those parts of canon.

 

Adam's injuries prior to getting his augs are obviously exempt from my "no permanent injuries" DNW. However, I don't want anyone else to get their limbs ripped off or the like, and I don't want Adam's augs to get permanently disabled or destroyed.

 

I love Adam so much: that he's a genuinely good guy who wants to help people, that he's snarky and cheeky and irreverent, that (at least post-augs) he's pretty withdrawn and emotionally unavailable and has all these walls built around himself (and I really want someone to get past them). I like angst and suffering and Adam is a well of suffering, and I enjoy it while simultaneously wanting nice things to happen to him (after lots of beautiful suffering). As for Miller, I love that he has a temper and is impatient and often isn't particularly nice, but underneath that gruffness he cares about doing the right thing and he cares about his men. Similar with Pritchard: he's such a prickly jerk, but at the same time he's always ready to drop anything to help Adam. I'm also happy for any other TF29 or SI characters to appear in the story.

If you go for the threesome: I mostly see that happening post-MD, maybe because Adam calls Pritchard for help with something. A lot of set-ups for the eventual OT3/threesome could be interesting: maybe Adam has slept with them both once or twice and it's awkward because he wants them both and can't decide and feels greedy. Maybe Adam and Jim got together post-MD and Adam feels bad that he wants someone else even though he's happy with Jim (whether or not he's slept with Pritchard before). Maybe Adam and Jim were on the verge of getting together, but then Pritchard shows up and there's clearly some History there and suddenly Jim isn't so sure anymore if Adam really wants to be with him or not. Maybe Adam has always had UST with both of them, but nothing ever happened, and it eventually explodes in a steaming hot threesome. I see this starting out as a V constellation - Jim and Frank are both into Adam, Adam is into both of them, and they're willing to put up with each other for his sake. But long term I'd like them to actually start caring about each other, too - I'd love to see how that happens.

I'm really into super dominant Jim - maybe he likes to get fucked at times, but even so he generally likes to be in charge. With Adam and Frank I'm very happy about switching; subby Adam is amazing, but I can see him liking both.

I'm up for either low chaos or high chaos, or anything in between - though I really like that even the low chaos decisions are often pretty ruthless and awful, so I'm not really looking for either of them being completely saintly and sweet. I do like them as a badass power couple that'll do what's necessary without being over the top evil about it, but again, I'm happy to read different interpretations. :) Equally happy with either of them as the DH2 protagonist, if you write fic set after that. Or with an AU in which they somehow get up to everything in DH2 together (tbh I just really like both of them having their Outsider powers at the same time, because Corvo losing his powers makes me sad).

 

Since this is my only het request, here's a het-specific DNW: please no femdom or pegging. I also don't particularly enjoy reading about cunnilingus - mentions of it are fine, but I'd rather not have it be the main event or described in lengthy detail. And I hate the word "folds". Underage is perfectly fine down to about 15 (and I'm fine with her fantasising about him even before that). 

 

I figure Emily would have to initiate it and Corvo would resist for a long time before he gives in. But when exactly does all that happen and under what circumstances? Does she kiss him when she's a teenager and just figuring out what she wants? Does she repress or try to ignore it for years? I like how much of a guilt- and PTSD-ridden mess Cullen is, that mixture of anger and fucked-up-ness on the one side and the sweetness on the other. I love how passionate Dorian is while still so often hiding his feelings behind his wit and some jokes. I love that their respective issues are a great recipe for intimacy issues and misunderstandings. I'm really into the idea of them being friends who stumble into bed together and have mindblowing kinky sex, and then they both catch feelings while being convinced that the other one couldn't possibly be interested in an actual relationship (Dorian because he thinks he can't have a loving relationship with a man, Cullen because he thinks he's too much of a mess to inflict on anyone). So feel free to add some angst to the porn. :D

 

In general, this ship is just made for the filthiest D/s, possibly with a heap of issues on top. Cullen topping Dorian hard because it's the only way he can get past all his fears of sleeping with a mage; actual Templar/mage roleplay because Dorian can't believe that mages are really treated that way in the south (but he finds it kind of intriguing, you know, since he never had to live through it); slave roleplay because pretending to be a slave is probably the single most humiliating thing Dorian can think of (and Cullen would feel horrible for how much he's into the idea of owning Dorian and doing what he wants to him); and if you throw in actual consent play and Dorian pretending soooo hard that he doesn't want this at all, I'll be the happiest person in the universe. I'm totally happy with switching for more vanilla things between them; but for D/s I like Cullen in charge.

 

I really adore post-canon fic in which Cullen follows Dorian to Tevinter for whatever reason: reunions are great (especially if they never even talked about their feelings back in the south, and Dorian just assumed they wouldn't see each other again), Cullen being horribly uncomfortable in Tevinter (that place wouldn't help his issues with mages at all) and just kind of clinging to Dorian is great; Dorian and Cullen arguing because they disagree about so many things is great (e.g. Dorian still being pretty nonchalant about slavery and Cullen not being cool with having a bunch of slaves serve him in Dorian's house - I'm not really into super anti-slavery Dorian, tbh, I like him having a big blind spot about that).

My other Dragon Age OTP. :D I strongly prefer purple mage Hawke, although I'm not really fond of purple Hawke being written as a not very bright loser with foot-in-mouth syndrom; to me he always comes across as a smart guy who's snarky on purpose (as a self-defence mechanism and because it keeps him from yelling at people). And I'm very attached to default Hawke's looks and name. I also love Anders, so please no Anders bashing (totally cool with mentions of past Hawke/Anders, by the way, even if my endgame ship is Hawke/Fenris).

 

I love their canon romance, but I'm always interested in different ways they could get together, especially if there is lots of pining, angsting about the other one not really wanting them, worrying about having missed their chance etc. I'd also love anything dealing with Fenris maybe having issues about falling in love with a mage: instinctive distrust at the beginning, worrying that Hawke is really more interested in the exciting lyrium markings than in Fenris as a person, being uncomfortable with Hawke casually casting spells when they're hanging out ... but I also love all the ways in which Hawke isn't anything like the mages Fenris knew in Tevinter.

 

One thing I really love about this ship - and I'm not really sure what tags I should use for that - is Hawke doing his damnedest to show Fenris that sex can be fun. Whatever it is they're doing, I just love Fenris always being a little apprehensive and worried because his only sexual experiences (that he remembers) are awful, and Hawke is just so determined to make Fenris enjoy himself. Hawke being open-minded, Hawke suggesting different things they can try out, Hawke being happy to let Fenris top if Fenris doesn't want to get fucked, Hawke suggesting intercrural or frottage or whatever if Fenris hates the idea of anal in general, Hawke making jokes in bed and not suddenly turning all demanding and serious.

I know this is a bit of a random ship, but maybe precisely because they don't really fit together in any way but it'd be very easy to have them spend a lot of time around each other when Arcade is enslaved, I think there's a lot of potential for some complicated, fucked up dynamics developing. There are different directions you could go in with this ship that I'd find interesting. A rape by proxy situation wherein Caesar orders Lucius to rape Arcade (whether it's meant as a "reward" for Arcade because hey Arcade is gay, surely he'll love a hot man fucking him /s, or as a punishment because he pissed Caesar off), whether or not Lucius even wants to do that or not. Or a complicated favours/mutual benefit situation - Arcade trading sex in return for Lucius keeping him reasonably safe (from people who aren't Caesar) or procuring food and medical supplies for him, or Arcade getting sex in return for medical help when Lucius is injured.

Or if you want to go a more consensual route, maybe they end up spending time around each other and actually kinda sorta like each other, and Arcade hates that Lucius is somewhat decent, and he hates that he's so lonely that he's contemplating voluntarily sleeping with a Legionary. Or maybe they're stuck somewhere in the Mojave together (because Lucius had to escort Caesar's favourite slave somewhere and things went wrong and *handwave* now they're the only ones left alive) and have to work together to survive even though they find each other irritating as fuck and hate everything the other one stands for and then hate sex happens.

So yeah, lots of different takes on this ship would work for me, although I'd be somewhat less into just straightforward rape just cos Lucius feels like it. In general, I like not-necessarily-a-horrible-person-at-heart-just-devoted-to-a-horrible-system!Lucius, but not going-to-desert-the-Legion-first-chance-he-gets!Lucius.

I love their initial antagonism, I love that they have every reason to hate and despise each other, and yet they still end up working together and trusting each other. I love that for all his hatred, Mannix almost seems to admire Warren from the start and is surprisingly respectful towards him at times ('please, Major, let me shoot that ugly bastard' comes to mind). 

 

There is so much potential for their relationship if they survive, so I'd love to read any fic in which they do survive (somehow, I don't care how medically implausible it is) and maybe partner up as bounty hunters or see each other every time Warren shows up with new bounties (if we assume that Mannix actually is the new sheriff of Red Rock). And they're the weirdest, most mismatched pair of sort-of-friends ever and constantly confuse people around them, and they grow closer without ever entirely getting over their antagonism and their disagreements, probably switching between 'aw, I'm starting to like him' and 'I'm going to murder him if he doesn't shut his goddamn mouth' twice per conversation. And eventually they end up sleeping with each other. Maybe because they share a bed/blankets in the next cold winter and that leads to more? Maybe because they're angry at each other and fighting about something and that leads to more? Maybe one of them gets injured again and the other takes care of him and there's some gentler affection going on? (Please let's pretend Warren only got shot in the upper thigh or, idk, got one ball shot off and the rest is still intact.)

 

I usually love switching for all my ships, but I figure that any kind of sexual encounter between them would have Warren in charge, simply because there's no way Warren would ever let any man, let alone a white man, top him in any way. Plus, Mannix clearly has a bit of a submissive streak and is so very eager to please. I'm okay if this turns out a bit dub-con-y, with Warren somehow getting Mannix to do things he's reluctant to do (as long as he ends up enjoying himself, he might just feel terrible about it). I'm okay with both rougher, more antagonistic interpretations of their relationship and with gentler stuff that focuses more on their shared experiences and how much they owe each other. I love the idea of him having an obsessive thing for his brother since they were boys, whether it used to be all love that only slowly turned into jealousy and resentment or whether there was resentment from the start. I'd love to read about them having had a sexual relationship when they were younger (underage is totally fine), and maybe Uther eventually calling it off (maybe when he got married) and Vortigern being furious about it. Or maybe that relationship continues and there's lots of angry sex when they disagree, fucking on map tables and so on, whether it's Vortigern taking his frustration out on Uther and Uther letting him (or not letting him), or Uther reaffirming his authority by making his unruly younger brother bend over or get to his knees ...

I'm also very interested in inappropriate use of magic - whether it's consensual and Uther loves what Vortigern can do with magic, or whether Vortigern uses magic to bind or manipulate Uther (magic to make him consent to things he wouldn't otherwise consent to would be hot, but I'm less into magic to make him forget about what they did). I'd also be up for a canon divergence AU in which Vortigern captures Uther alive and *handwave* keeps him for some magic rituals to bind the sword to him: basically he keeps Uther locked up in a dungeon or in a nice, comfortable, but inescapable room ... to use him for weird blood magic, to flog or whip him, to fuck him, to rant at him how much this is all Uther's fault for not loving him enough ...

I strongly prefer Dark Side Revan, although I'm fine with a more morally grey version of Revan if that's what you want to write, who's not really interested in this whole binary opposition of good and evil, but just does his own thing. Actually even with Dark Side Revan I prefer Pragmatic Evil and ruthless, power-hungry ambition to Ludicrous Evil and "bwahahaha I kick puppies in my free time for the Evulz". Mostly I'm just not interested in redeemed, saintly Light Side Revan. However, I would prefer if Revan, no matter how DS, was at least somewhat emotionally attached to Canderous and didn't only consider him a useful tool. I really love the whole villains in love trope - Revan loving Canderous with all that mad, possessive Dark Side passion while Canderous would do absolutely anything for Revan.

I'm not really attached to any specific look for Revan, though I do generally imagine him as a fairly strong, muscular guy. Just saying, in case you want to throw in things like beards or hair long enough to pull or sexy scars or a height difference ... and I'm also up for weird Sith traits like glowing red or yellow eyes.
