Picspam: Mark Strong in Body of Lies

This really deserves the word 'spam' by now, doesn't it? I'm sorry, I've been meaning to post these caps with the ones yesterday, but this incredibly slow internet connection is driving me insane. Today's spam material: Body of Lies. Again, awesome movie. I have to admit that I really like Leonardo DiCaprio sometimes, even if I paid much more attention to Mark in this movie than to him. ;) Mark is just incredible - I never knew English with an Arabic accent could sound sexy. It can. I absolutely love the characters Mark chooses to play, and in this movie he isn't even a real bad guy. Not a very nice guy at times, but definitely not the big villain. Anyway, pictures say more than my rambling, let Mark convince you to watch the movie. :)

I love the beard. And the hair. And his clothes.


And his smile/laugh.


And ... okay, I love everything about this man.


He also pulls off a great WTF-face in this movie. Repeatedly.





Did I mention that he smokes in this movie?




I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist spamming you with these few seconds.


My brain cannot handle so much sexy in one picture. Guh.


Watching someone getting whipped and not giving a shit.


It's not that Hani Salaam is too clumsy to close his cufflinks. He just thinks it's more practical to let his wife do it. ;)

I really love his style. DiCaprio in that outfit just makes Mark look even better. ;)

Somehow this picspam turned out to be longer than intended ... It's Mark's fault, not mine. ;) Btw, does anyone know if there's fic for these two? Or does anyone want to write some? ;)

There will certainly be more picspams, I just don't know when. I still need to post the Hans Matheson caps from The Mists of Avalon.

i just finished 1st episode of The Long Firm last night
i busted out laughing at the waving part.
"Stop waving."
/paused for a few sec and started waving again.

Sometimes he frowns as well. But most of the movie he's wobbly and bouncy. Smiling, and screaming, and generally being a football fan. ;) But, really, in one scene he's virtually bouncing up and down while talking to his BFF (the main character), before he starts hopping around and making funny faces. It's hilarious. The rest of the movie is a boring love story, though.

Yeah, but I'd always choose to write something people would read (and review), like Blackwood/Coward, over something most people would ignore, like Hani/Roger. Bad me. ;)

The Long Firm is awesome. :D And he's being so incredibly slashy with Teddy, flirting with him all the time and making him uncomfortable. And OMFG making out with that boy in the alley. You need to watch the other three. :D

i totally didn't recognize him as first and spent 20 mins skipping through the movie and find him and then realised he was the blondie. Duh.

I understand, same goes for arts too. Not many people would want to see BOL fanarts or just Mark Strong fanarts in general. Which makes me incredibly sad. :(

Yess isn't he just charmingg? fff yes that part. I was totally glee'ing inside when i saw it, it was just like a dream comes true! |D
Just finished the 2nd one actually. It was quite an emotional episode... i actually found myself intimidate by him towards the end of the episode.

There are several scenes. He pops up every now and then in the movie. Being utterly adorable. Dancing around when his favourite team wins. ^^

What the fuck Mark in blond. Need to see this asap. I can't even IMAGINE him in blond, not with his dark skin and eyebrows.

Yeah, but fanarts are easier because people still like to look at them. It takes more interest to read an entire fic than to have one look at a picture. Still, it sucks either way. Mark needs more love. :(

He is incredibly intimidating. But also very touching. I really grew to love Harry throughout the series.
