Picspam: Mark Strong in Body of Lies

This really deserves the word 'spam' by now, doesn't it? I'm sorry, I've been meaning to post these caps with the ones yesterday, but this incredibly slow internet connection is driving me insane. Today's spam material: Body of Lies. Again, awesome movie. I have to admit that I really like Leonardo DiCaprio sometimes, even if I paid much more attention to Mark in this movie than to him. ;) Mark is just incredible - I never knew English with an Arabic accent could sound sexy. It can. I absolutely love the characters Mark chooses to play, and in this movie he isn't even a real bad guy. Not a very nice guy at times, but definitely not the big villain. Anyway, pictures say more than my rambling, let Mark convince you to watch the movie. :)

And ... okay, I love everything about this man.


He also pulls off a great WTF-face in this movie. Repeatedly.

My brain cannot handle so much sexy in one picture. Guh.

It's not that Hani Salaam is too clumsy to close his cufflinks. He just thinks it's more practical to let his wife do it. ;)

Mark is amazing in Henry VIII, I hope you'll get to watch it soon. :) I still have so many more caps of him and of Hans to post, but picspams are just so much work for lazy me. ;)

I just realised that I don't even many picspams of people other than Mark and Hans on my LJ. Only one of August Diehl, who is probably the only man in the world with hands and porn smoking skills that rival Mark's. I'm not exaggerating. I want a movie with Mark and August in it. And Hans. It would be the most epic movie ever. Mark and August could just spend two hours sitting there, smoking, staring at each other with their gorgeous eyes, being beautiful and terrifying and creepy.

Mhm, let me see. I've seen Half Light, Nero, The Virgin Queen, The Mists of Avalon, and possibly other stuff I can't remember. I have the DVDs of Doctor Zhivago and Still Crazy lying around here, but I still haven't watched them. Half Light was epic (or rather, Hans was). Haven't seen Body Work, though, is there a download anywhere?

I'M SO JEALOUS OF YOUR SKILLS INDEED!!!! :D No, but in all honesty, I have loads of respect for people who learn German. It must be a pain to learn. Do you want to learn it, or do you have to take it at school or something like that? :)

Huh, I don't think we have something that's EXACTLY the same. I could certainly find something similar (as in "blah, affirmative, I agree with what you just said", right?"), but it wouldn't be exactly the same. I certainly can't think of any German way of saying that that a middle-aged person wouldn't understand. ;)

Ah well. I have to take a language, but I picked German. TBH I wanted to carry on with Latin, but my school doesn't offer it. :( So, out of German, French, Spanish or Arabic? Down to German or Arabic right away. And a. the German teacher is crazy but awesome, and b. at least I know the alphabet.

Also, I like to imagine I'm expanding my borders. I'm learning about the German people. Only not. God. I hope there aren't many people like Frau Yokum over there. That'd be a nation of crazy, hyper, work-obsessed, tiny short little redheads with lady boners for Mozart and Handel. = scary as all fuck.

You guys say "Europe" kinda funny btw.

GUNF Latin. I love Latin. I only started learning it at university, but I'm glad I did. :)
Heh, I also considered learning Arabic once, but then my brain would probably explode, what with Latin and Russian classes already. Right now I'm trying to convince myself not to take Swedish on top of everything else next term. ;)

LOL, your teacher sounds amazing. But I assure you that, unfortunately, not everyone here is like her. It would be fun, though. Personally I at least fit the parts "crazy, hyper, with a lady boner for Beethoven (love Mozart and Händel, too, but nothing will ever beat Beethoven)". ;)
I really hope German grammar won't put you off the fun you seem to be having right now. :D

Bwahahaha, you'll see, we say a lot of things kinda funny. ;) Then again, I think "Europe" is one of the words with the most different pronunciations all over the world. ^^
