Someone posted a few pictures of August Diehl from the Salt premiere in Berlin, over at augustdiehl . For those of you who don't watch the community, I just HAD to share this picture ... because August deserves more love. Now I almost want to watch the movie ... except that I really, really don't like Angelina Jolie. Maybe I should just wait a bit and watch August's scene on youtube or so? Apparently he only has a tiny part anyway.



I saw this and thought ... DIETERCHEN!!!!! Well, Dieterchen after Landa stole his pomade and made him smile by giving him a Bösendorfer Grand Imperial.



Definitely one of the best "bitch please"-faces out there.

Oh, right, I need to say one more thing before I go: watch Le concert. Everyone. You know, that French-Russian movie with Mélanie Laurent. Yes, it's slightly cheesy, but it's more than anything else gorgeous, funny, and heart-warming. And I'm usually not into that kind of movie. Not to mention the beautiful music. I think this movie finally made me love violin as much as I ought to. *hunts down a few violin concertos and sonatas*
Hellstrom approves. So does Heydrich.

So much August in one day! Beautiful pictures you've posted, and Salt wasn't SO horrible. His English is adorable and the part is relatively small. They almost talk about him more than you see him :\

Maybe go see it if you want to listen to Angelina speaking Russian with an atrocious accent xD;

I'll be honest with you and agree with the above comment, but the only reasons I went to see the movie, were my crushes on August and Liev Schreiber. They were both fantastic and August was so incredibly adorable in it!

GUUUUUHHHHHNNNNNFFFFF! Thank you. A couple of months ago I posted some August finger/smoking kink pics on my LJ because I was going through withdrawal pains. Mezza Fredda was ecstatic. ;-)

I miss August so much. I feel the same way about "Salt" as you do. I really don't want to pay money to see him for only 15 minutes or so. I already went through that with "Woman in Berlin", but at least that was a good movie (and I rather fancied the Russian officer, even though he was no Gusti.) Have you thought of torrenting it? It's probably available, although likely a low quality camcorded in the theater or with Chinese subtitles or something. You know how new-release torrents are. ;-)

That bottom picture is one of my favorites, too. I call it "August with a Smile and a Cigarette."
